- This is referring to case number 101 00627-4945 which has since been closed. Whoever from the city came out to do this initial inspection only took a picture of one side of the trash cans. Please see my picture you’ll see that the other side of the trash cans….recycling bins that are overflowing. I think it’s very negligent of that person who is originally assigned this case to omit that side purposefully.
