Construction permits taking claim to more spaces than allowed. Signs are for 2 Laurel Street and the company has posted them to cover 4 parking spaces from the corner of Laurel and Cedar to the corner of Laurel and Monument Sq. Parking is tough enough, for them to put these signs up for the entire street length is unfair to residents
