- Construction @Florence, Sycamore area. Trucks have been arriving as early as 6:15am and sit idling. This project is a huge inconvenience to the residents, none of the neighbors I've spoken to are in favor of it.We received no notice they'd be on our properties, digging and paving, blocking driveways and gates. To top it off they are here way too early.
